Thanks so much for your recipe... I made them yesterday and my finicky husband told me they were the best muffins I've ever made ! I replace sugar with honey, skim milk with rice milk (we are dealing with dairy allergies) and cook them a little bit longer... But the result was just amazing : awesome taste, very moist, so flavourful ! Thanks so much again !
