Steak and Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients

• 1 lb round steak
• 1/2 cup soy sauce
• 1 garlic clove
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1 cup diced onion
• 1/2 cup green pepper
• 1/2 cup red pepper
• 1 cup celery, chopped
• 1 cup mushroom
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 1 cup water

Directions

   Slice steak in thin stipes.

   Combine steak, soy sauce, garlic and ginger and marinade for at least 30 minutes.

   In a large skillet, add soy sauce mixute and cook until the meat is brown.

   Stir in veggies and cook for 5 mins stirring constantly until veggies are crisp.

   Remove meat and veggies and set aside.

   Combine cornstarch and and water until corn startch disolves.

   Add liquid to skillet and cook until smooth and thickened.

   Return the meat and veggies to the skillet to coat in the sauce.

   Serve over white rice.
