This is a unique spinach dip in that you use a can of spinach instead of frozen. Very easy for a party or just for a snack! From "The Can Opener Gourmet".

SERVES 4 , 2 cups (change servings and units)

    Press the liquid out from the spinach.

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.

    Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

    If the spinach taste is too strong, stir in a tsp of bottle lemon juice.
