SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

    Boil some water.
  2. 2
    Srop green beans in for 2 minutes.
  3. 3
    Srain and blanch (run cold water over them or shock them in an ice bath).
  4. 4
    Heat oil and pepper flakes in a pan until oil starts to smoke.
  5. 5
    Add beans and stir fry for 2 minute.
  6. 6
    Turn off heat, toss in sesame seeds, season with salt, and serve.

Excellent flavor and very quick to do. I served with Sesame and Wasabi Crusted Tuna With Roasted Asparagus. Great quick and delicious meal.

    Spicy, crunchy and tasty. I halved the red pepper flakes and because they stick very well to the wet beans, we didn't miss a flake. Good thing I reduced the amount or they would have been too hot for us to handle. I recommend you add them gradually, tasting between additions.
