Spice-Rubbed Pork-Tenderloin

This recipe is from "Delish" and it is truly delicious! So simple, you won't believe how good it taste!

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

    Heat broiler. Mix first 5 ingredients, coating the tenderloin with this mixture. Place tenderloin on a rack in a broiling pan.

    Broil it: Put pan 5/7” from the source of the heat. Broil 15/20 minutes, turning once during this time. (Internal temperature will be 160 F.) Let tenderloin rest in cutting board for 5 minutes before cutting (the temperature will raise 5/10 degrees in the meantime). Slice tenderloin in an angle and serve.
