Sparkling Ruby Raspberries With Papaya

A Donna Hay spring recipe perfect for a ladies luncheon.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 150 g raspberries, fresh
  • 1 cup sparkling wine, pink
  • 1 papaya, peeled, quartered, seeds removed
  • 4 scoops lemon sorbet, store bought

Directions

  1. 1
    Combine berries and wine in bowl.
  2. 2
    Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes.
  3. 3
    When ready serve with papaya and a scoop of sorbet.
