Refreshing, easy and creamy. Pol Martin Cookbook.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

    place watercress in large bowl. tear boston lettuce leaves into pieces and add to bowl along with endives.
  2. 2
    add apple slices and cantaloupe balls, season well.
  3. 3
    mix together vinegar, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and sugar in small bowl. season well and pour over salad ingredients.

    toss until evenly coated, and serve.
