Spaghetti With Tuna

This is a nice light dish for summer and is ready in half an hour.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender but firm.

    Drain and return to the pot, reserving 1/2 cup cooking liquid.
  3. 3
    Meanwhile, in a non-stick skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
  4. 4
    Cook the red pepper and garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. 5
    Add the tuna, breaking into chunks.
  6. 6
    Add the capers, salt, pepper and hot pepper flakes.
  7. 7
    Cook for 2 minutes or until hot.
  8. 8
    Add the cooking liquid.
  9. 9
    Toss with the pasta and sprinkle with parsley.
