This was the star of our beach bbq yesterday. It really is sensational in every way - bursting with flavour and great texture. Will make again and again.

Fabulous! This is one of those recipes that causes you to have an epiphany so that you can't prepare that food any other way. I used a stovetop grill pan and the avocado still had a smoky grilled aroma and taste. This recipe is so good that I gave it 5 stars even though there is no mention of how to make the corn salsa! (Prepare the salsa the night before by just throwing everything in a bowl and stirring to combine.) My husband squeezed fresh lime juice over everything, but that is just him. He actually called me at work to tell me this was a winner! That never happened before. Muchos gracias! Made for ZWT #5.
