Sour Cream Waffle Recipe

A recipe from Art Smith, tweaked to my taste.

SERVES 4 -6 , 12 waffles (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Heat waffle iron to manufacturer's directions. Lightly oil the grids. In a large bowl, whisk the dry ingredients to combine. Whisk together the butter, milk, sour cream and eggs until well combined. Add to dry ingredients and whisk just until smooth. Be careful not to over mix!

    Spoon about 1/4 cup of batter into the center of each quarter of the waffle iron and close. Cook until waffles are golden brown, 3-4 minutes.

    Serve the waffles hot, with serving items, for individual tastes.
