From watermelonboard.org. Super easy!

12 pyramids (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Optional

  • mini chocolate chips (read directions below) or

1 (1 5/8 ounce)  hershey's cookies and cream candy bars (read directions below)

Directions

  1. 1
Mountain: arrange the pyramids on a large platter or individual dessert plates.
  2. 2
Snowcap: Top each pyramid with whipped cream. Decorate with the white chocolate and shredded coconut and serve. Note: do not add the whipped cream until just before serving.
  3. 3
Optional: garnish each snowcap with a few mini chocolate chips OR: I finely grated a Hershey's 'Cookies 'n' Cream' candy bar because I don't always have the best luck finding mini chocolate chips. I think mini chocolate chips are more of a seasonal food item-at least where we live.
