Such a good lunch! My mushroom was so big I had to cut it down to size. The gouda and sun dried tomatoes added a lot of flavor! Yummy! Thanks! Made for the TYM game in the cookbooks forum.

We liked this burger. DH told me he would have like 2 portabella mushroom in his burger for more flavor. And he told me that the sun-dried tomatoes was overwhelming on the portabella. So maybe it would be better (for us) to used less sun-dried tomatoes or to dice them to distribute in the burger. But overall it's a very good vegetarian burger. I used smoked gouda cheese. And the basil is great in it. Thanks Starrynews

I love portabella burgers and these did not disappoint. The smoked cheese, sun dried tomatoes, and basil leaves really jazz this burger up. What a treat to have so many yummy flavors all in one sandwich.
