With chorizo and mixed peppers, this tapas dish is bound to be popular.

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the peppers, chorizo and paprika.Season with black pepper and cook over a medium heat for 10-15mins, until the peppers are soft and start to caramalise.Add the vinegar and cook for 2-3 mins until it has evaporated.Serve with crusty bread.
