This recipe turned out more like a bread than a cobbler to me, and I think It needs alot more sugar in it.

SERVES 4 , 1 cobbler (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Spray a 8-10 inch square baking pan.
  2. 2
    Mix Bisquick, egg, milk, and 1/4 cup sugar.
  3. 3
    Pour mixture in pan.
  4. 4
    Lay fruit on top of mixture and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.
  5. 5
    Bake 350* for 25 to 30 minutes.
