Found the base recipe on another site-but can not remember which one.Tweaked it a little to suit my taste. This is the final results.

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

Directions

    Brown ground meat in skillet with the olive oil, onion and garlic powders.

    Add the rest of the ingredients.

    Cover and simmer on low heat 20- 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Serve on hamburger buns or open- faced on slices of bread.
