With Recipezaar playing host to such a large and diverse international community of chefs, we thought it was about time to showcase some of our members' favorite grilled recipes from cuisines across the globe. We are all grilling the same heavy hitters — chicken, steaks, pork, seafood and even lamb — but what fun to try the spices and spins of different cultures' favorite dishes around the world. We put out a request to our members in our Recipe Request Forum, but we also would love to hear from you here. Wherever you live or whatever cuisine you enjoy, post a comment and tell us what your 'cue will be searing to perfection this coming season.

Me too--I'm often disappointed at the lack of vegetarian recipes in these featured recipe categories.

Chef 957287- soak it in buttermilk, or anything else that has enzymes in it (think pineapple, papaya, mango juices)- you will have tender chicken, guaranteed! Larger pieces, inject it. Never fails! :o)

Injecting, yes! I just recently got into doing that, but I find there aren't many recipes for that method (or at least, not that I've stumbled across). Perhaps a Zaar feature is in order?...

I think this is a wonderful idea, and I am really grateful I found your website (Done by http://torrents.rapid4me.com ). I am no cook, but I do love saving recipes and there are a few that I do want to try no matter how much I say "I'm no cook"! Thank you so much for this site - it is definitely worth the price to upgrade to premium.
