Homemade mac & cheese that is a hit at every gathering I go to!

SERVES 8 -10 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Set oven to 350.
  2. 2
    Cook elbows according to package instructions. Drain.
  3. 3
    Spray a 13x9 dish with cooking spray.
  4. 4
    Once elbows are cooked mix together sour cream, cottage cheese, egg with elbows.
  5. 5
    Mix in some of the shredded cheddar cheese
  6. 6
    Top with the rest of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. 7
    Bake for 45 minutes.
