Simplest BBQ Pork

Recipe #375895 | 15 min | 5 min prep | add private note

By: Chef #1287195
Jun 6, 2009

This really looks and tastes like the Chinese red-braised pork, except it is a lot more simplified and super easy recipe without those exotic Chinese ingredients.

SERVES 2 -4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 250 g pork ribs, cut in 3cmx4cm size (250g)
  • garlic
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons kraft barbecue sauce

Directions

  1. 1
    Heat pan/wok.
  2. 2
    Add oil.
  3. 3
    Add chopped garlic.
  4. 4
    Add pork.
  5. 5
    Add BBQ sauce.
  6. 6
Add half cup water, reduce heat, cover up and cook for about 15 minutes.
  7. 7
It will be done when water is gone, you will see extra oil (clear) in wok, and the pork looks like below pic :).
