Simple One Pan Tuna Bake

Really hearty and filling, this is enough for even the hungriest of families and it is a brilliand storecupboard standby.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

    Heat the oven to 425°F.

    Place the potato wedges in an oven proof dish and bake for 15 minutes until they are crispy.
  3. 3
    Drain the tuna thoroughly and mix together with the red onion, mayonnaise and most of the chives. Season with salt and pepper.

    Spoon the tuna mix over the wedges, combining it slightly.
  5. 5
    Top with the cheese and broil until the cheese has melted.
  6. 6
    Sprinkle over the rest of the chives and serve with a crisp green salad.
