Found on CalorieCount.com, with some minor adjustments for our taste. I like this as it has no tahini, which I can't find locally - plus it helps drops the calories. Uses ingredients I always have on hand.

SERVES 3 -4 , 1/4 1/2 c (change servings and units)

    Drain chickpeas, reserving liquid. Add remaining ingredients to food processor, blending well to desired consistency. Add reserved chickpea liquid as needed to get the correct texture.
