This is a simple but great way to add kick to your favorite dishes. I love to add this to chili.

1/2 cup (change servings and units)

Directions

    Cut the stems off the peppers and 1/2 them. Then remove the seeds.
  2. 2
    Run all the 1/2 peppers in a food processor.
  3. 3
    Add the red wine vinegar and continue to run in the food processor for 3-4 minutes.

Tastes just the like the jalapeno sauce you get in the store. I used 10 peppers; it only yielded about 1/3 cup, but it was very good. PLEASE wear gloves when handling peppers, as I rubbed my de-seeding hand across my chin and felt quite fiery for about an hour. Thanks for the posting!
