Simple Hot Fudge Sauce

I found this recipe in an Eagle Brand cookbook. This is the best hot fudge sauce and it's practically fool proof.

SERVES 12 , 2 cups (change servings and units)

    Melt chocolate and butter with condensed milk and water.

    Stir until smooth.

    Add vanilla.

    Serve warm over ice cream.

    Store leftovers covered in fridge.2.

Made this specifically to top some frozen vanilla yogurt, but it ended up also served on a plain pound cake ~ VERY, VERY NICE TASTING SAUCE, it is, & easy to make, as well! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Tagged, made & reviewed in New Kids on the Block tag]
