Great way to enjoy halibut and the kids love it!

SERVES 6 , 6 patties (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
To cook the halibut I usually cut it up and put it in boiling water. When it rises to the top it is done.
  2. 2
Drain the halibut and flake with a fork.
  3. 3
Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and lemon juice.
  4. 4
Shape into 6 individual croquettes and roll in bread crumbs.
  5. 5
Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until brown.
  6. 6
Serve plain, with lemon juice or with a sauce.
