Simple Guacamole

Fast and easy to make guacamole with few ingrediants.

SERVES 2 , 2 1/2 cups (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Cut Avocadoes, Remove seed and take off skin (easy to do with a spoon).

    Medium dice to large red onion.
  3. 3
    Combine Avocadoe,Onion, and juice of lime in medium sized bowl and mash togehter.
  4. 4
    Add 1/4c Salsa 1/8c sour cream and a few dashes of hot sauce; add more Salsa until you get the right consistency.

    Mix well and taste.

    Add Salt and pepper to taste.

    Serve with toritilla chips or as a topping for tacos, burritoes, burgers, etc.
