Simple Avocado Smoothie

This is a very simple recipe which doesn't take long to make, yet is still yummy and nutrious.

SERVES 3 , 3 cups (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 480 ml mango nectar (approx 2 small cans)
  • 8-10 ice cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey (optional)

Directions

  1. 1
    Scoop out the avocado flesh and add to blender.
  2. 2
    Add in the mango nectar and ice cubes.
  3. 3
    Blend.
  4. 4
    Add honey (optional) and then blend again.
  5. 5
    Serve and Enjoy =).
