I love this salad; the mustard really added to the flavors. I think I probably added a leetle more mayo than called for--makes a wonderful creamy blend of sweet and spicy(I used some Creole spice for the Gullah Luv). Will make this again! Much appreciated, Ro!! Made for the Think Pink Event.

Excellent. I cut this down for the two of us and adjusted the amounts some and it turned out great. I used the tiny canned shrimp (which I needed to use up) and it seemed to work very well for this. I didn't have relish so chopped up some sweet gherkins instead. Thanks for sharing. Make for Think Pink Fall 09
