This is a nice frothy drink I made up to fit our dairy free diet. It is also good used in smoothies or milk shakes. Please use good quality ingredients for the tastiest healthiest results.

SERVES 1 , 1 tall glass (change servings and units)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup organic tahini (Not the East Asian type which is more bitter)
  • 2 tablespoons local honey
  • 2 cups water

Directions

    Wiz everything together in a blender.
