Recipe #388567 | 20 min | 5 min prep | add private note

These sesame noodles paired with cabbage makes a great side dish for any stir-fry. I like usin whole wheat spaghetti instead of regular, to give it the look and feel of lo mein noodles.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Sautee' shredded cabbage and diced bell pepper in 2 Tbsp olive oil; stir frequently. While vegetables are cooking, boil spaghetti noodles in large pot of water for 9-11 minutes or until tender; drain. Meanwhile, mix remaining 2 Tbsp olive oil and remaining ingredients together and pour over cooked and drained spaghetti noodles. Once cabbage and bell pepper are softened, add to spaghetti and soy sauce mixture. Stir and serve.
