This makes big 4-inch cookies that seem to large until you start to eat it. They are the perfect butter cookie. Had a little dough left so I made mini cookies [2"] with my tiny cookie drop and pressed down with my thumb. I froze some and they can be eaten right out of the freezer. Yummy cookies !
