Seared Scallop Spaghetti

Recipe #376942 | 15 min | 5 min prep | add private note

By: pickles83
Jun 12, 2009

Say that five times fast! This is something that my friend and I threw together one night. Seeing as this was a "throw together" of whatever was in my fridge, (and freezer) add whatever you think would compliment the dish, and let me know how it turns out! Bon apetit!

SERVES 2 -4 , 2 -4 sevings (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add spaghetti. Cook until desired tenderness. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2
In a medium sauce pan, melt butter until brown (2-3 minutes). Add scallops and sear.
  3. 3
Add lemon juice, chopped garlic, dill, salt, pepper and cream to sauce pan. Simmer for 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat, toss with pasta, and Enjoy!
