Amazing for a lazy Sunday morning breakfast. Top it with butter, honey or your favorite jam.

SERVES 8 , 8 scones (change servings and units)

    Add butter, milk and egg to combined dry ingredients.

    Mix just until moistened.

    Stir in raisins.

    Shape dough to form a ball.

    Pat out to form an 8" circle on a lightly greased and floured baking sheet.

    Score into 8 to 12 wedges.

    Bake 12-15 minutes at 425 degrees.

    Serve warm.
