Salisbury Steak: EASY & ECONOMICAL recipe for your family this is it!

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

    Combine beef, egg, bread pieces, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper. Make into 4 flattened patties, pat with fine bread crumbs. Brown in buttered skillet. Combine soup & merlot and pour over steak cover & simmer 30-35 minute.

    Serve with mashed red skinned potatoes and steamed asparagus. Garnish with fresh parsley.
