Sauteed Green Cabbage

Ingredients
- 1/2 head green cabbage, shredded very finely
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt
Directions

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok. When shimmering, add cabbage and sauté until crisp-tender, about 8 minutes. In the last minute of cooking, add sugar, sesame oil and salt to taste.
