My Version of sausage gravy.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Mix milk, bouillon, Worcestershire, Seasoning Salt, and pepper together and let sit.

    Brown sausage and onion in a small amount of oil over medium high heat.
  3. 3
    Reduce heat.

    Add butter.
  5. 5
    Stir until melted and incorporated.
  6. 6
    Slowly add flour to sausage.
  7. 7
    Stir mixture for 1 to 2 minutes.
  8. 8
    Slowly add milk mixture to sausage.
  9. 9
    Heat until desired consistency.

    Serve over biscuits or toast.
