We really liked this. Of course, we're an asparagus-loving family, so that helps a lot.
Dh actually ended up making it, since I was working late, but he had no trouble with it at all. He did put a tad too much salt, but other than that, it was yummy. Thanks for a quick and healthy (and easy!) recipe!
