			<description>This is our favorite way to eat hot dogs.  Everybody has their favorite, and there are certainly many ways we enjoy dawgs...but this is DH and my favorite on a given evening!  Rudy's BBQ sauce from Texas is our fav, we have it shipped by the case.  MMMMM!  Amounts are approximate - add to suit your tastes. 			<title>Spicy Grilled Fish</title>

			<description>This is a really tasty, economical and different way to enjoy fish! Lots of flavor from the marinade and easy clean up! Winners in my book. I am sure this would work very well on any firm, mild fish. When I made this I was a little crunched in the time department so I only got to marinade it for 1 hour and it was delicious. Plan ahead! This is best marinated for at least an hour but no more than 2 hours. 			<description>This is a family favorite and in frequent rotation during the summertime in our household (Gotta love it anytime DH grills up dinner).  Although normally we use sprouts ( Broccosprouts whenever we can find them), the kiddos are more inclined to sub lettuce and omit the tomatoes.  Kids, go figure!  Sometimes an avocado can garnish, normally that is on the side as guacamole with chips.  Garnish varies depending on what looks good and fresh at the market.  **Rudy's BBQ Sauce from Texas is KEY to the flavor of this sandwich! 			<description>Cactus is a common and tasty food item in Mexico and parts of SW USA. Cactus, or NOPALES as they are known in Texas and Mexico, can be found fresh and needle free in the produce section. You can even find jars of Nopales or Nopalitos (little (pieces of) Nopales) in the ethnic aisle of your grocery store. If you choose to use those please drain them and rinse them well. Green Beans or chayote can be substituted if cactus is not available. The nutritional info here is not correct as the olive oil is used for coating the items you are grilling and in the dressing. Not all of it is consumed. 			<description>OMG!  I made this recipe and I have to say I have never tasted anything so wonderful!!  I always think I'll have leftovers, but all I have left is a bone and a few pieces of fat!  The rub is from the Loveless Cafe in Nashville Tennessee.  It does take a while, but once it's on the grill, all you have to do is throw in some extra charcoal and hickory chips/chunks.  So you can do other things around the house while you cook it.  The smell while it is cooking is wonderful, so you may have neighbors wandering over!  I made this New Years Day for my pork, and since it was just me and my DS, I used a 3 lb boneless pork butt....mistake. I got a few strips of meat as I was pulling it, but otherwise, DS ate it all...he said it was the best thing he'd ever had, and he wants the recipe to cook back at college.  He says he'll be a &amp;quot;legend&amp;quot; if he fixes this at school! I know this looks intimidating, but believe me....it is more than worth the effort!  Fabulous pork!! I use Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, though feel free to experiment with your favorite cheeses. Because of the richness of the Bacon and Prosciutto, I don't feel the need for as much cheese as I typically would on a sandwich. 
The bread can vary also, I enjoy some sort of Italian style, such as a Tuscan Loaf. The better the bread, the better the sandwich!
This is a fairly foolproof recipe, as long as you don't burn anything during cooking, you should feel free to adjust the ingredients to taste. So instead of driving the 6 hours to the nearest Lambert's to Chicago, I decided to give it a try myself.  It turned out so well that I thought I should share the recipe.  And it's very easy.
I've been snooping around in the shadows on this site for a long time but you've finally inspired me to share as well.  Hope you enjoy this as much as my family did.

NOTE: The addition of a slice of your favorite cheese melted over the top of your burgers can never hurt.

ANOTHER NOTE: I make my patties and let them sit in the fridge covered in clear wrap for a half hour before grilling.

MORE NOTES: A good juicy burger can tend to make the bun soggy so it's a good idea to lightly toast the bun on the grill.

			<title>Chumley's Shrimp Skewers</title>

			<description>I came up with this recipe the other night when my wife and girls wanted Alyssa's Favorite Fish, recipe# 361646.  I didn't feel like fish so I tried this, I think you will enjoy it.
  I used whole wheat spaghetti for the pasta, and regular olive oil, you could use what you like.
  I was hoping to have some of this left over for the next day but I ate it all that night.  I put down 2-4 servings but I ate it in one.  Sorry!!
