Crispy Tilapia

Crispy! Serve with tartar sauce. You can cut into small pieces before breading so the kids can eat like nuggets. You can also deep fry! Stays crispy for packing in a lunch or picnic!

Southwest Style Tilapia

These fillets are so easy to make and so tasty, crunchy on the outside. This is our favorite way to fix Tilapia. I got the recipe from the bag the fish came in. This recipe is NOT spicy & wasn't meant to be spicy. Taliapa is a sweet white, mild tasting fish. If you want spicy add spices to this recipe. -- posted by Barb Gertz

Elegant Baked Fish With Tomato and Lemon

This recipe is healthy, simple, and elegant enough for a party. It originally came from a restaurant in the Napa Valley of California. This cooks fast, so have the rest of your dishes ready or nearly ready by the time you put the fish in the oven.
Simple Peruvian Ceviche

The best and easiest Ceviche recipe I've ever tasted (and I've tried them all over South America). It's quick, easy and disappears quickly. The habanero peppers make it spicy without giving it the distinctive flavor of jalapenos and it's great without hot peppers too. You can adjust any of the seasonings to suit your taste. I am not a cilantro fan, but this is the only recipe in which I will tolerate cilantro. -- posted by Susan #2

This has a fresh pesto-like feel without the nuts, and a lot less fat. Any flaky white fish can be used here - I usually have tilapia or whitefish around rather than cod.
Joshua's Favorite Tilapia With Jasmine Rice

This is my very own creation, I whipped this up one day quite by accident. I call this Joshua's favorite Tilapia, because my husband (like me) could eat this 7 nights a week if we could. This is the easiest way to cook Tilapia, and if you are watching those calories then you need not worry this is extremely low fat, oh and did I mention TO DIE FOR !!! This recipe is SIMPLE with FEW ingredients, but has the potential to add what ever you want.
Flounder With Herbed Couscous

A puree of parsley and scallions mixed with lemon juice and oil both flavors the couscous and acts as a sauce for the fish. The taste of flat-leaf parsley really comes through if you use the flat-leaf variety. Any mild-tasting fish fillets will go well with the relatively delicate sauce. Try lake perch, whiting, croaker, drum, or bass, or of course, any of the flounder family, such as lemon or gray sole. Variation: Flounder with Basil and Parsley Couscous - Make the herb puree with 1/4 cup fresh basil and 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves. Wine: Match the tartness of the lemon juice with an acidic white wine. Try a good-quality Soave or Orvieto from Italy.

Spinach Baked Tilapia

I found this posted online and made it right away. This is sooooo easy to prepare and tastes DELICIOUS! Next time I make it, I'm going to toss in some minced garlic with the tomatoes, I believe. It had a bit too much liquid to it, but I just sprinkled some over the fish and enjoyed it. -- posted by SmoochTheCook
