That said, I found this recipe in my MasterCook computer program & the National Pork Producers Council was acknowledged, although I fail to see the connection. My friend Randy came up with this drink, and I have no idea why he calls it that. Ill have to ask him :) Its as delicious as it is fun to make and drink! This works really well for having along at a campout, where everybody will be sitting around eating, talking, and drinking in a circle. This is my all-time favorite summer drink. Very refreshing. If you prefer, the tea can be prepared and chilled 1 day ahead (Step 4), just cover and keep chilled in the refrigerator. Or you can cheat (which is what I do), and place the tea mixture in the freezer for about an hour, and then continue on with the recipe. The Love Chef, Francis Anthony who appeared on the Regis and Kathy Lee show, calls this a Christmas punch but it is equally appropriate in the summer. Ahead of time, freeze the water or lemonade in a ring mold to make an ice ring. For a specially festive touch, place whole strawberries in the ring before adding the liquid and freezing.
