I have never had it before, but my Sister In Law was telling me she thought it sounded like something I would like.  Hope you enjoy my version.  I used low fat cream cheese and low sugar raspberry preserves.  Be sure to adjust the chipotle pepper to your taste.  I would begin by adding about 1/4 of a pepper and continue to add for the heat you like. 			<description>This is an original recipe for a versatile spread that is great on sandwiches or smeared on a lettuce leaf for a quick veg wrap; equally easy to use as a dip for crackers and veg or thin down a bit and use as a &amp;quot;cream&amp;quot; accompaniment for baked tofu, fish, etc.  Toss with pasta or rice for a fresh, protein rich, dairy free cream sauce.  Would also be nice to dress potatoes for a potato salad... hmmm... the possibilities are endless!
My version comes out light green and looks a lot like guacamole, tastes fresh and herby and has a creamy mouth feel.  The miso and nutritional yeast add a nutty/cheesy depth that you notice but can't quite put your finger on... and the garlic adds a raw zip that is really nice if you like that kind of thing!  I love, love, love that this is something I can make that has no added fats or oils.  Hope you love it too!

			<description>Here is a fine appetizer and a different take on bruschetta. It still has the tomatos you love but adds some cheddar to make it a creamier finger food that melts in your mouth. I served it to my guests and family and they really enjoyed it. There were no leftovers so make a double batch if you have a really big crowd. Served hot from the oven makes this one you can serve anytime of year. I found this recipe from Vicki Thompson in a 2009 Taste of Home Summer appetizers booklet. This can also be adapted to use in an asian salad.  I plan on putting up that recipe at a later time. 			<description>I gobbled up this wonderful dip at a restaurant near us.  I loved it so much I had to try to recreate it at home.   My friends and family raved about it. Enjoy!

The best gouda cheese to use is Parrano.  It is an Italian-type gouda that is a little firmer in texture.  You can now find it at most grocery stores and Whole Foods. 			<description>Not sure what to call this...It's an old classic. I didn't come up with this, but I have added my touches over the years, but it is still a favorite. Now I love to make these in 3 small ramiken molds to put on a serving platter rather than 1 large mold (to me it is just a nice presentation), but any decorative bowl, or even just a nice round bowl. You just don't want a dish that is too narrow or deep as you are making layers. It is perfect for parties. Just make sure to serve a variety of crackers, toasted baguettes, vegetables, bagel chips, or just fresh breads and fruits to enjoy all the flavors. Note: using fresh pesto really helps if you have the ingredients. 			<description>An old-fashioned treat, this is a fabulous way to use up left over ham, although I have also put some freshly cooked ham aside especially for this when I have baked a ham for Christmas, Easter or another special occasion. The ham is finely minced and mixed through with old-fashioned spices and butter, and it keeps for several weeks in a cool place. Another name for this recipe is Potted Meat, and it was VERY popular in Victorian times, although recipes for potted meats (preserved under butter) goes back even further than that historically. Wonderful in sandwiches for the teatime table or for picnics, lunch boxes and festive buffets. This is an adapted recipe from Mrs Beetons Book of Household Management, where she suggests that this is a nice addition for the Breakfast or Luncheon table. Serve with sliced breads of all types, oatcakes, toast, bread rolls, and crackers or with salad, chutneys, mustard and pickles.  NB: Use a good cooked ham on the bone for this recipe: the sort carved by hand at the deli and old-fashioned butchers. I love these kinds of appetizers because they don't take much time, this one is vegan -- so almost anyone can eat it. I like to serve them with Pita Crisps: preheat oven to 375&amp;ordm;F. Split 6 pitas hrizontally into circles, then cut each circle into 6 triangles. Lay them in a single layer, rough side up, on 2 or 3 baking sheets. Use a pastry brush to brush triangles with olive oil, then sprinkle with fennel seeds and a pinch of sea salt or instead of fennel and sea salt use Mrs Dash salt free seasonings. For example: Table Blend, Original or Garlic &amp;amp; Herb, these have a flavor all their own -- try it you might like it.
