			<title>Pesto Cream Cheese Dip (To Cure Beaver Street Brewery Cravings)</title>

			<description>I went to college at NAU in Flagstaff, Arizona.  I no longer live in Flag, but often crave the Pesto Cream Cheese Dip from Beaver Street Brewery.  This recipe is slightly different, but it might be even better!  (Beaver Street doesn't stir pesto into their cream cheese mixture...they just put it on top.)  I served it to a group of old college friends, and they loved it as well!  In fact, everyone crowded around the bowl, stuffing their faces until it was gone! LOL  Quick and easy, but oh so impressive -- even for those who aren't familiar with Beaver Street.  I use all reduced-fat ingredients. 			<title>Marmie's '... on the Way Home from Buffalo...chicken Wings</title>

			<description>I used to drive across the border with friends on occasion to Buffalo from Toronto Ontario and we would go through a wonderful (though somewhat dingy) drive through restaraunt for wings and eat them from the bucket on the way home.  Soooo delicious  After about visit 6 or so I found out how they made these, and over the last 25 years this is the closest to the recipe I can imagine getting!  (Bottled BBQ sauce was not as nice as homemade, but it is quick.)   So addictive!  Not stinging hot ....not bland and plain ol' BBQ .  On a hot scale of 1 - 10 my Hubby calls this a delightful 7 - 8 with a wonderful subdued afterglow that makes you desire more.  They can be made hotter or milder to taste easily by slowly adding the Red Hot sauce to your taste requirement.    NOTE: OFTEN, I make triple or more of this recipe and freeze it in portion controlled ziplock bags to have them on hand for unexpected guests or a night time craving!   I hope you like them...and If someone remembers the restaraunt from way back then... I would love to know the name of it!! The trick to getting the peppers really fire roasted is to have the grill grate as close to the heat source as possible. They now sell sweet potato fries in the freezer section im sure you can sub them in this recipe... i have never tryed i do not like sweet potatos.

All of the ingredients are commonly available. It is every bit as good as hummus made with tahini. Consider this the convenience food version of hummus. You may be aghast at the use of bottled lemon juice and jarred garlic, but it really does work as well as fresh for this recipe.

This hummus makes a good sandwich filling: Fill a pita pocket or a warmed flour tortilla with a few tablespoons of hummus. Add sliced tomato, lettuce, red onion, and perhaps a few pickled banana pepper rings.
