			<description>Tetsuya Wakuda's restaurant, Tetsuya's, is a highly regarded restaurant in Sydney, Australia with a definite Japanese flair but making extensive use of Australia's ingredients in innovative ways (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tetsuya's). Tetsuya's is considered Australia's best restaurant and has routinely been ranked in the top 20 in the world (http://www.theworlds50best.com/module/acms_winners?group_id=1&amp;amp;item_id=55). 

Australia has an abundance of fresh fish and seafood, so a saltwater fish, prepared with a minimum of fuss, is a very traditional Australian preparation.

Substitutions and variations: You can substitute marlin, tuna or bonito for the swordfish. You can substitute a relatively neutral oil with a high smoke point for the grapeseed oil -- I have used canola oil successfully. I use low sodium chicken stock. You can augment (or substitute for) the tomato with tomato paste.

Wakame is available in dried form in most oriental grocery stores or via the Internet. To prepare dried wakame, wipe very lightly with a damp paper towel, then soak in room temperature water for no more than 60 seconds. &amp;quot;Rocket&amp;quot; is the UK (and Australian) term for arugula.

			<description>This was a demonstration recipe at Charlotte Anne Albertson's Cooking School (Wynnewood, PA), Jan 19, 2006. The chef was Sean Burns, executive chef (days) from Davio's in Philadelphia.

The combination of sweetness of the lentils, slight bitterness of the frisee, and moistness and warmth of the salmon provide a variety of tastes and textures. It's a quick and simple, one pan, stovetop braised meal; yet it's elegant enough for company.

To make this a kosher dish, use a vegetable broth instead of the red wine veal broth and use kosher red wine. Because of the butter, this will be dairy -- substituting margarine will make the dish parve, but the loss of flavor is significant. 			<description>What is so good about these are a fresh fruit salsa, avocado cream, grilled fish, and I love a light cabbage to bring it all together.  Now, you can add tomato, or black olives which is one of my favorites and it is a very inexpensive easy dish. You can also add beans right to the dish which is also really good, or ...  What is so nice, is make some of my black beans, just sauteed with garlic, lime, fresh peppers, cumin, onions makes an amazing quick side dish.  If all that isn't enough, corn on the cob.  Just throw some in the oven or on the grill.  Or just wrap up in foil which is what I like to quite a bit.  Just brush with olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper mixed with chili powder.  Just brushed on the corn.  Wrapped and grilled. Then throw in some some yellow rice or Mexican rice on the side, cooked in chicken broth with scallions and cilantro and you have dinner for up to 6 people for hardly anything.  But don't forget the margaritas.  I am always saying that you can really have a great quick dinner with amazing flavor that really doesn't cost much. 			<description>This was adapted by a friend of mine ... who got it from a caterer ... who got it from a friend ... who got it from a magazine, who got it from WHO KNOWS where.  Well you get the idea - then I got it. Regardless, I love it and have been making it for a couple of years and it certainly isn't difficult and I love that pea sprouts have become more widely available this days.  The sprouts or also known as shoots and tuna mix nicely with the tangy mustard sauce to make a very easy quick dish to make. It literally takes 15 maybe 20 minutes to make. And agreed you will pay a little premium for the pea sprouts but you could also use other micro greens or spring greens, but you don't know what you are missing until you try them.  And the tuna ... buy it when it goes on sale, that is when I do. This is rich in flavor but at the same time very delicate and well worth the extra money for a nice Sunday dinner or for company. 			<description>Knocked this up for a dinner party last night, as a mild dish. Tasty and quick!
This will vary tremendously depending on the curry paste you are using. Taste it first. If it's super-hot, you'll need to reduce the amount unless you want a hot curry. If this is the case, you may need to add in come more flavouring. I've tried successfully with a tin of red thai curry soup if you're going for the easy approach, otherwise add grated ginger, cumin, coriander and a splash of fish sauce and rice wine vinegar.
Of course, there's plenty of more complicated recipes out there, and this one's supposed to be easy, so try to go for a curry paste that's tasty but mild. 			<title>Kristen's Kickin' Quinoa Salad</title>

			<description>I was recently sold on quinoa and how awesome it is!  Gluten free, an almost perfect protein, easy to prepare, the list goes on!  This is a combination of two recipes, one of which I altered.  The first is from this site, (#16399, Quinoa-Toasted).  The second is from Allrecipes.com (Caron's Kickin' Quinoa Salad), to which I made some changes.  We thought it tasted a bit like sushi and loved it!  Feel free to add more heat, but this had enough for our family as we've got wee ones.
