			<description>This was adapted by a friend of mine ... who got it from a caterer ... who got it from a friend ... who got it from a magazine, who got it from WHO KNOWS where.  Well you get the idea - then I got it. Regardless, I love it and have been making it for a couple of years and it certainly isn't difficult and I love that pea sprouts have become more widely available this days.  The sprouts or also known as shoots and tuna mix nicely with the tangy mustard sauce to make a very easy quick dish to make. It literally takes 15 maybe 20 minutes to make. And agreed you will pay a little premium for the pea sprouts but you could also use other micro greens or spring greens, but you don't know what you are missing until you try them.  And the tuna ... buy it when it goes on sale, that is when I do. This is rich in flavor but at the same time very delicate and well worth the extra money for a nice Sunday dinner or for company. 			<description>Knocked this up for a dinner party last night, as a mild dish. Tasty and quick!
This will vary tremendously depending on the curry paste you are using. Taste it first. If it's super-hot, you'll need to reduce the amount unless you want a hot curry. If this is the case, you may need to add in come more flavouring. I've tried successfully with a tin of red thai curry soup if you're going for the easy approach, otherwise add grated ginger, cumin, coriander and a splash of fish sauce and rice wine vinegar.
Of course, there's plenty of more complicated recipes out there, and this one's supposed to be easy, so try to go for a curry paste that's tasty but mild. Try to use Jamaican chilli sauce that's made with scotch bonnet or habaneiro peppers.  The result is a mild creamy stew with the subtle heat of the chilli just about coming through.  You could use a different type of chilli sauce but it wont have the same flavour or special heat  that the scotch bonnet provides  A delightful alternative soothing way to serve plain white fish. 			<description>This traditional Italian dish is originally made with veal.  Turkey is the next best thing and this actually tastes and looks quite fancy.  You can make everything ahead of time but ONLY assemble at the last minute.  Its just great to serve at buffets, you'd never imagine a can of tuna could be transformed to such heights!  Serve with lots of salad and tomatoes and  some cold new potatoes.
