Grilled Garlic Tarragon Lobster Tails

This is a fantastic, low carb treat. Different and delicious with only 2 grams of net carbs per tail.
It is very simple to make, even for a beginner, yet sure to impress.
Great for people who are not low carbing as well!

Grilled Lobster With Lime Brown Butter

Lobster is one of my favourite foods. From time to time I do have a "Lobster Attack", and will not be happy until that craving is satiated. I make no apology for that decadence; the Canadian maritimes serves up the finest lobsters worldwide. It is one of the beautiful things we have in common with Maine, USA. (along with potatoes)
This recipe is by no means an original and I give full marks to Christine Cushing of the Food Network. I also thank Saturn for the alert, and the link to the Christine Cushing of the Food Network.

Grilling is great option for entertaining – you can boil the lobsters ahead of time and just finish for a few minutes on the grill.

For a variation on the brown butter, you could use lemon instead of the lime and parsley for the coriander. -- posted by TOOLBELT DIVA

Grilled Rock Lobster Tails

The amounts listed are for 2 tails but you can easily double the ingredients. Since I really don't even bother measuring, the amounts listed are only estimated to what I am guessing that I use, it really doesn't matter if the amounts are not exact. You can use fresh garlic in place of garlic powder but I find that fresh garlic will burn on the grill. -- posted by KITTENCAL

Moreton Bay Bugs With Oregano

Moreton Bay Bugs are delicacy found in the waters around Queensland, Australia. Lobster tails may be used for this recipe. Preparation time includes time to marinate. The weight of the Moreton Bay Bugs should be 1.8 kilo or 16 medium size Moreton Bay Bugs but the software won't let me type this in, instead it says 1 7/8 kilos. -- posted by Jewelies
