Paprika Pork Roast

This is an old Taste of Home recipe. It's great for company because it's so quick and easy to prepare and it can be in the oven cooking while I'm preparing for our guests. And it smells heavenly in the oven. DH wandered into the kitchen within minutes of my putting it in and said, "Wow, what's that smell? I'm hungry!" -- posted by Recipe Junkie

Pork Ragu Hungarian Style

I tasted a dish that was named, "Ragu" in my favorite Hungarian restaurant, and made my own version from memory. This is a great way to spice up a simple pork cutlet, and have a delicious sauce that you can pour over pasta. For an added touch, you can add sour cream at the end. -- posted by Chef #489776

Grilled Lime-Ginger Marinated Pork Loin

This is another one of my experimental yet successful creations. DH, the guinea pig, heartily approved. The pork loin turns out tender and juicy with many layers of flavor: smokiness from the grill, tanginess from the lime juice, nuttiness/saltiness from the soy sauce and a little heat from the ginger and red pepper flakes. -- posted by MarthaStewartWanabe

Almond Crusted Pork With Honey Dijon Dipping Sauce

This recipe is one I found on Epicurious. It is delicious! I drizzled the sauce on the "pork fingers" rather than dipping them. I hope you enjoy it. Here is the description that came with the recipe:
Sliced almonds add a delectable, almost-like-fried-chicken crunch to the breading for these tender pieces of pork. We slice the pork thinly to keep the cooking time quick. The resulting pork “fingers” are great dipped in this surprisingly simple, delicious honey, soy and mustard sauce. -- posted by iglowforyou

This is a revelation! I made this with sweet potatoe fries on the grill. The Pomegranate sauce is rocking . I dipped everything in it. It probably wouldnt hurt to double the sauce recipe since you can always use it for something. The jalapeno had a very nice smooth bite to this recipe but it was mild enough to make my DD lick her plate.

Guinness Pork and Swiss Sandwiches

I love leftovers which is why I roast a turkey for 3-4 dinners, a roast a big pork loin so I can make 3-4 meals, I roast 2 chickens vs. 1, and 2 meatloafs just for sandwiches. I love knowing I can come home and in just minutes have good food vs fast food. And I can also use the leftovers for soups, fried rice, guesadillas, tacos, casseroles, or just about anything.
However, my pork slow cooked all day with onions, guinness beer, rosemary 1 tablespoon, a bay leaf, salt and pepper was amazing. That was it. It fell apart and was a great easy dinner which took me 5 minutes in the am. But here is part two. And there will be a part thee too with fried rice. That is what I love, 1 dish 3 meals.
Some of my guinness beer bread made the night before is perfect, but if you can't do that use some good pumpernickle bread, store bought shredded cabbage, mayo and BBQ, deli cheese, and the onions from the roasted pork. Really simple. -- posted by SarasotaCook

Sarasota's Pork Oscar

This is decadent dinner for company with not all the work. I love Veal Oscar, and this is my simpler version. Veal can be expensive, but pork tenderloins and pork loins are relatively inexpensive these days, and besides they make "awesome" leftovers. I cook whole tenderloins and stack up 2 or 3 slices of the medallions and then top with some canned (my short cut) crab and seared asparagus and top with a simple microwave Bernaise sauce. Now you can make the traditional sauce, which I have made too many times to count - but this is my shortcut meal. I actually served this 3 weeks ago when I found out that my roommate was bringing over 4 possible catering clients for dinner. Now I worked all day. So ...how do you impress in less than a couple of hours. I had a tenderloin in the refrigerator just in a baggie with some general herb seasoning. So this is what I put together. A 5- minute stop at the grocer to pick up canned crab, asparagus, fresh lemon and some fingerlings and the rest, well I winged it. It shows that you can really make a gourmet meal without spending it or taking hours. Now this serves 4, feel free to double for a larger crowd. -- posted by SarasotaCook

Fall-Apart Tender Pork Chops

The title of the recipe says it all. I've made this many times for both friends and family and everyone that's tasted it has loved it. You need to use 1" or thicker boneless loin chops. I sometimes double the sauce because its so delicious. I wish I could take credit for this recipe, but its from my favorite cookbook, that will remain nameless since my dog ate the cover and I can't remember the title. -- posted by madriley61

This is one of my husband's favorite things to eat. I guess it reminds him of home. I have to admit that it tastes real good. Always serve with refried beans and fresh flour tortillas. My husbands sisterinlaw gave me a list of the ingredients and nothing else so I had to do everything by taste. I love cooking so I did it my way. I hope you enjoy it. You may not be able to find verdolagas but you can substitute watercress its just as good. -- posted by Chef #1410830

Posole for Beginners

Most Americans (unless they're lucky) aren't familiar with this wonderful Mexican dish, since it's eaten more in Central and Southern Mexico. Moreover, hominy (unless you're from the South and know about grits, but that's quite different) is likely to be unfamiliar to most American palates. This simple version with comparatively few ingredients is a nice introduction to this delightful stew. If you can't find Anaheim peppers (our supermarket carries them sporadically), you can substitute Cubanelles and then add more cayenne. -- posted by L'ecole

Olde Mill Inn Pecan Molasses Pork Loin With Cheddar Mashed Potat

In 1768, Samuel Lewis, a miller from Franklin Corners in Basking Ridge, built a water-powered grist mill and a barn on the Passaic River on land originally acquired from William Penn. Through the generations, the business evolved into a thriving inn that still reflects its historic charm. The Grain House so deeply rooted in America's past and so lovingly preserved by all its owners, offers a historic atmosphere of charm and fellowship unmatched anywhere else in New Jersey. -- posted by Molly53

Brunswick Stew, Quick-Cooked

As a southern girl, I love good Brunswick Stew. This is a quick cooking version that can be thrown together in a relatively short time and can be used as a "base" if there are other things you like to add to your stew. The recipe displayed here uses store-bought prepared pork barbecue, however, if you have left-over pork or beef barbecue, use it by all means! TIP: if you have ever used Emeril's "Essence" in any of your cooking, sprinkle the chicken liberally with it before adding to the stew. -- posted by libragay42

This recipe I made up on the spot when asked to guest host in the Grilling Forum.
I have cooked many pork roasts and this one beats them all by a million!

You can prepare the roast the day before and let marinate overnight.

Hope you enjoy! -- posted by TheCharcoalGourmet

This recipe comes from our local newspaper and I haven't tried it yet, but posting for safe keeping. With the holidays around the corner, this sounds like a easy recipe.
Easy Boneless Pork Chop With an Amazing Flavour.

This is an easy recipe to make, you can prepare and store the coating/spread a week in advance and use as a marinade or coating for other meats through the week or thicken up with more butter and use to roast vegetables in.

Fresh or Dried Sage and Rosemary can be used. I don't use a lot of garlic in this as I just like to taste a little hint, not a big kick.

Preparation takes around 15 minutes and cooking will take around 60 minutes, leaving you time to help the kids get their homework finished, or have a cheeky glass of wine.

This recipe is quick enough to make on a weeknight, and yummy enough for company! The crushed black peppercorns are key....do not grind them into a fine mix. Take the peppercorns and put them into a non-breakable flat pan (like a metal pie pan), cover with a dish cloth or napkin, and pound them with a wooden or rubber mallet so that they are crushed or cracked, not ground.
Cuban Sammy Stuffed Pork Loin & Mustard Vinaigrette

Ever had a Cuban Sandwich? The traditional cuban bread, ham, swiss and roast pork and of course mustard, all pressed and grilled. Well, this is my twist. Savory marinated pork tenderloin, good baked ham, swiss and provolone cheese, a fresh cuban bread stuffing and off course the dill pickles. Pan seared and then roasted in the oven to finish it off. The best part is the mustard vinaigrette is to drizzle over the slices to top it off. Serve with some yellow rice and a fresh cucumber, green olive, onion and tomato relish over fresh chopped salad. -- posted by SarasotaCook

Did you know that 1/2 cup of canned peaches gives you more than 10 percent of the vitamin A you need for the day? Because the base of the chutney in this main dish is canned peaches, making this delicious sauce – which provides fiber and important nutrients – takes minimal effort. This recipe lets you create a fragrant, sweet and slightly spicy fruit chutney right in the skillet used to sauté meat.
Southwest Chipotle Pork

An excellent Pulled pork recipe can be put on a bun or in a wrap. I usually use only 1 onion and 2 peppers. If you like spicy don't seed the chipotle peppers. I use 2 of them instead of 1.

If you wish to do this on the stove use medium heat for 2 to 3 hours and mind to add water, as a pot lets moisture escape and a slow cooker does not. -- posted by Matts Lotus
