Low-Fat Low Cal Crock Pot Pasta Fagioli

I developed this to have a nice tasting, but fairly low fat/calorie pasta dinner. Not necessarily traditional, but very tasty. Use enough broth to make it as thick or thin as you like it. -- posted by CookbookCarrie

Crock Pot Hamburger Soup

Something I needed to come up with fast for a night that I was going to be out late and my husband wouldn't have time to prepare something decent. His quick fix is take out. :D So I just started grabbing things from the cupboard & fridge and this was the result. It has good flavor and everyone likes it. Even my picky kidlets. -- posted by Amis

Crock Pot Carne Guisada

We love carne guisada around out house. This is a really easy recipe!
FYI: I always go to my local meat market and have them cut a good looking rump roast into stew meat. It saves me the time of having to cube the meat myself and that way i get to pick out the best cut of meat. Also, if you like spicy, leave the seeds in one or two of the jalapenos. -- posted by Melanie2590
