This was something I put together after going to 240 Union in Denver and having a potato manicotti as a side dish. I made my favorite mashed potatoes and my favorite pasta and a great sauce that really pulls the flavors from the filling. use this as a side for a Chicken dish. -- posted by ChefBill

Cheese Manicotti With Spinach

This a very simplified version of a great Italian dish. It can be made in advance and refrigerated until baking. I normally never use jarred sauces because I have the time to make sauce from scratch but to speed this recipe up, use sauce from a jar. Just make it a top notch brand. -- posted by CaribbeanQueen

Loved these! Substitute cottage cheese for the ricotta cheese, & grated Romano cheese for the Parmesan, if you choose. It is possible to substitute frozen, chopped broccoli for spinach. Found in Kraft's Food & Family. -- posted by Manami
