This recipe is for a double crust pie that I got off of the Food Network. It is similar to a peach pie but more luscious because of the mangoes.
Margaritaville® Key Lime Pie

From copykat.com Top Secret Recipes by Todd Wilbur.

"Most of the key lime pie recipes circulating, including the recipe found on bottles of key lime juice, have a glaring error: They don't make enough filling to fit properly into a standard 9-inch graham crust pie shell. That's probably because most of the recipes are designed around one 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk. But come on, if we're going to make a beautifully thick key lime pie like the one served at Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville restaurants we need to use something like 1 1/2 cans of sweetened condensed milk, or more accurately, two cups of the stuff. The clone recipe for the pie is a simple one that's for sure, with only four ingredients including the pie shell. But don't stop there. I'm also including a special way to make mango sauce by simply reducing a couple cans of Kern's mango juice. And there's a raspberry sauce recipe here that's made easily with frozen raspberries. These two sauces are used to jazz up the plate at the restaurant and are certainly optional for your clone version, even though I've made them as easy as, uh, you know." -- posted by Nana Lee

Lemon Tart With Mango and Dark Chocolate Topping

From Somerfield Magazine. Mango and chocolate is a stylish, tropical addition to the lemon cream tart. Cook time does not include chill time - required for pastry making, allowing pastry case to cool, allowing lemon filling to cool. This time can be cut down by using a readymade pastry case. -- posted by Cat R.

Chili Mango Tassies - Holiday Cookies

A twist on the standard pecan tassies (mini pastries) you may have tried around the holidays! This version has a spicy-sweet filling inspired by dried chili-mangoes (the recipe uses easier-to-find plain dried mangoes). You can easily adjust the spice level by increasing or reducing the amount of cayenne; at the stated level, the heat is relatively subtle. This recipe took 2nd place in The Indianapolis Star's 2006 Holiday Cookie Contest. -- posted by ItalianMama

Mango Custard Tart

As I continue to enter dessert recipes from our recent cruise, I am seeing a definite & freq trend for make-ahead combos using fruits w/a custard. This recipe from *Carnival Creations* by Cyrus Marfatia (Exec Chef of Carnival Cruise Lines) takes us to the far-eastern cuisines of India, Malaysia & Thailand. Altho the recipe suggests the French influence of Napoleon Brandy, my DH would look upon that as a "sinful waste" & I will use a more std cooking brandy. (Times have been estimated & do not include cooling times) *Enjoy* ! -- posted by twissis

Light Mango Tart

A light, moist tart that really compliments the flavor of ripe mangoes. This is a very easy recipe, very quick to get together and with no uncommon ingredients. I make this for simple family weekday dinners and weekend lunches with whatever fruit is in season - I've tried this recipe with peeled peaches and with nectarines as well and I imagine that strawberries would be great, too! I got this recipe from a friend who says she got it from a magazine. To the ingredients listed, I also like to add a tablespoon or two of coarsely chopped or processed almonds to give the tart a bit of a crunch. -- posted by ChefEmma
