			<description>I was inspired by other tasty fish dishes I have had that were based on mayonaise.  One time I had to use only ingerdients I had on hand, so I came up with this.  I have used this for fresh albacore, yellowtail, and dorado.  It would work for any firm white fish.  My 2 year old and 4 year old both ask for more every time.  Don't fear the mayonaise.  It keeps the fish moist and adds delicious richness without covering up the flavor of the fish. Serve with a light salad with a sesame dressing, some shredded carrots, zucchini, red onion, cucumber and water chestnuts for a great side, and that is all you need.  And for those who say they don't like steamed fish ... Just try it. Now I did say Tilapia, only because it is very inexpensive and mild and it seems that there of a lot of people who enjoy it. 			<description>You could serve this as a 1st course for company; it is not your usual mayo/tuna salad. The addition of fresh mushrooms and green peas really does the trick. I usually make a lighter version where I will strain the whey out of some plain yoghurt in a sieve and use 1/3 strained yoghurt and 2/3 mayo. If using this method the yogurt must be drained really well.
