Per the Times: &amp;quot;This Turkish recipe is from Paula Wolfert's upcoming book, &amp;quot;The Slow Mediterranean Kitchen,&amp;quot; which will be published in October by Wiley. Wolfert notes that the slower the grilling, the smokier the flavor of the eggplant. She thanks Dr. Ayse Baysal for sharing the recipe.&amp;quot;

			<description>I got this recipe from 'The top 100 juices' by Sarah Owen, published by Lifetime Distributors, Castle Hill, Australia.
Sarah Owen says &amp;quot;All three fruits in this juice provide a massive infection-fighting boost of vitamin C and can help to shorten the duration of a cold. The kiwi fruit a also contain lutein, a phytonutrient known to reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease and eye disease. Both strawberries and grapes are high in ellagic acid, which neutralizes carcinogens. The tannins, flavones and active compounds in the grapes combine to make them energizing and strengthen the cell walls of blood vessels&amp;quot;
You could make more than one serving, and serve with lemonade and ice in a punch bowl for a party if desired.
I haven't made this yet, as I don't have a juicer, but if I ever get one, this will be the first juice that I make.

			<description>Cooking/prep time does not include cooling or setting time. Don't use non-fat or flavored yogurt as the starter. I use Dannon plain and it works great. Save some to use as your starter next time.

I've made this several times now and love it. Easy, nutritious and has no ingredients that I can't spell. You can flavor it by adding a spoonful of jam, apple butter, or honey. The gelatin is useful if you like your yogurt more firm. 			<title>Simply Healthy Veal Jerky</title>

			<description>I had some extra veal I didn't know what to do with and figured I'd try making some jerky out of it.  It was surprisingly good.  I think I could have turned the oven off much sooner though, it was very brittle.  A nice slight hint of BBQ flavour and it was great.  I used calorie-free Walden Farms BBQ because I'm on a diet, but I'm sure another full flavour BBQ sauce would add much more flavour.  Also, I eyeballed the BBQ sauce, I used enough to cover all the meat, so it might be more than 1/2 cup.

Use the appropriate # of tenders for the serving size listed on the package. When I could not find a tomato tart or pie on Zaar with cream cheese as a basis, she went to the trouble of converting a recipe and posting it for me in RR, which is really going to a lot of trouble! Thank you, Molly53!! This is not that tart, but in the end I put this together, and my severest critic, my husband, said the tart was fine. At the time of my request in RR I had lots of small plum tomatoes which in the heat became too overripe for salad but I could not bear to throw them out. I had a large chunk left of my favourite pastry, recipe #197151, which had to be used, but I confess that I don't know how much I used for this pie.... The amount given is a guess. I use Yoplait thick and creamy yougurt, i think it gives the drink the best texture, and I also use the condensed frozen juice, welches white grape is the best, but apple also works, depends on how sweet you like it. I also found substituting 1  Delmonte Fruit chiller in polar raspberry tastes better to me than the frozen berries themselves. To each his own.

			<description>A tasty and different way to use some of the Sunday Roast leftovers on Monday! Although I have specified lamb in this recipe, beef would also work very well, it's just that I had roast lamb leftovers when I made these. These rissoles are lightly spiced and tangy - perfect for supper when served with salad, pickles, chutneys and maybe a naan bread or pitta bread to make a sandwich. They are easily made and can be prepared ahead of time and left in the fridge, as they hold their shape better when they have been chilled and are firm. These will also freeze very well; open freeze them before frying on a tray or plate until firm and then pack them into freezer bags or a plastic container.
