			<description>I purchase the mix and then cook with Coconut Milk, Lime Juice, a little Chicken Broth and top with butter after cooking. The consistency of cooked grits. You can eat hot or cold. This is for those who love cooking with coconut milk and curries.
( If you use dry couscous, you can also make this,toast the pine nuts, add dried white onion or fresh green onions with the tops, fine chopped mushrooms and cook this with a little chicken broth, then add the ingredients listed below. When boiling add couscous about 3/4 cup. From scratch takes about ten more minutes. You might have to add more salt, if chicken broth, chicken base has the salt in it.)

			<description>This is an original recipe for a versatile spread that is great on sandwiches or smeared on a lettuce leaf for a quick veg wrap; equally easy to use as a dip for crackers and veg or thin down a bit and use as a &amp;quot;cream&amp;quot; accompaniment for baked tofu, fish, etc.  Toss with pasta or rice for a fresh, protein rich, dairy free cream sauce.  Would also be nice to dress potatoes for a potato salad... hmmm... the possibilities are endless!
My version comes out light green and looks a lot like guacamole, tastes fresh and herby and has a creamy mouth feel.  The miso and nutritional yeast add a nutty/cheesy depth that you notice but can't quite put your finger on... and the garlic adds a raw zip that is really nice if you like that kind of thing!  I love, love, love that this is something I can make that has no added fats or oils.  Hope you love it too!

			<description>After making perfect roasts, fish, rice, and pasta using the cook-off-of-heat method, I tried it on sunny side up eggs with perfect results every time.  A lid is necessary for this recipe's method, and a clear lid is helpful.  This is now my go-to snack when I want fast comfort food.  After seeing fellow college dormmates make rubber sunny-side-up eggs, I figured posting my method on Zaar might be a good idea to spread the joy of lovely sunny side up eggs in all its runny-yolk glory.  Always add salt only right before cooking or after cooking eggs, because salt will start the coagulation process prematurely.  In the case of sunny side up eggs, the salt particles will cause the area it's touching to cook faster during the time in the pan, so it's best to leave the salt off until the egg is ready to be served. I have used this for fresh albacore, yellowtail, and dorado.  It would work for any firm white fish.  My 2 year old and 4 year old both ask for more every time.  Don't fear the mayonaise.  It keeps the fish moist and adds delicious richness without covering up the flavor of the fish. 			<title>Italian Hamburger Veggie Soup Like Olive Garden Soup</title>

			<description>This recipe was one I came up through trial and error after eating at olive garden last year on my birthday.  We don't eat out much and we love homemade soups. I also don't personally care much for canned soup.  I had been looking for a new soup to try and after I liked the soup at olive garden so much I decided to give this a try.  I personally used a 50/50 mix of ground beef and venison burger for this but use what ever you like.  I also like to make my own stocks but I found the Progresso Beef broth works very well for this when I am time crunched.  I have done this on the stove top but it works great in the crock pot too.  I grow and preserve my own veggies and freeze some soup ready mixed veggies but you can just as easily buy mixed veggies if you wish.  Canned works ok for stove top but turns to mush in the crock pot, use frozen for that.  Don't feel intimidated by the long list of ingredients, this throws together in about 15-20min and in the crock pot its almost no effort at all.  We serve it with a fresh salad and breadsticks so its just like the resteraunt soup, salad, and breadsticks special. Some fresh cilantro would make a nice replacement to the coriander but I usually don't have it on hand, so I used dry spices for everything but it came out great. I like my soups with a tad of salt, but you can omit the salt if you're watching your sodium intake or lower it/replace with something like SaltSense. It's very pleasant and mild, though you could probably put some Bayou Blast or red cayenne in the spice mixture if you want it hotter. The kiwi fruit a also contain lutein, a phytonutrient known to reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease and eye disease. You could make more than one serving, and serve with lemonade and ice in a punch bowl for a party if desired.
I haven't made this yet, as I don't have a juicer, but if I ever get one, this will be the first juice that I make.

I used home grown herbs that I dried whole. Leaves that are loosely packed into measuring cups. So if using store bought do take note the amounts of the whole herbs would be a lot less. I guesstimate my 2/3's. Great to season any game, roast beef or roast poultry. Season roast veggies, stuffing, rice or potatoes. How about a touch on your eggs.

			<description>This sticky, spicy chicken curry is deliciously sweet and packs just the right amount of heat. It is to be scooped up with warm, chewy naan, then licked off of fingers.Your first step is to hunt down some curry leaves. Their flavour is irreplaceable in this dish - a bit nutty, warm, and citrusy. Used a lot in South Indian cooking, they have nothing to do with curry powder which is a blend of spices.Start by browning the chicken in a heavy skillet - make sure the oil is good and hot and the chicken has been patted dry before you put it in the pan. Dont flip it until it releases easily - if it is sticking, leave it - it will tear if you try and turn it before it is ready. Next, cook the onions gently over low heat for about 10 minutes to coax out the sweetness. Then add the spices to the pan to saute before the liquid is added. These three steps have a big flavour impact.
As far as curries go, the ingredient list is very short. Which makes it a great curry for beginners, if you can track down some curry leaves at an Indian grocer.
